A couple of weeks back, we shared the introduction of the Storyteller Overland Grand Bohemian, an exciting new adventure vehicle built for those who truly enjoy getting off the beaten path. Sure, we’ve said that about some other 4×4 expedition trucks in the past, but this model happens to be built using an Ineos Grenadier, one of the most capable off-roaders to come along in some time. That alone makes it a compelling option for overlanders and boondockers, but of course, Storyteller has put its own spin on the vehicle, and the result is unlike anything else on the market today.

The incredibly comprehensive video above takes us through everything that makes the Grand Bohemian so special. The list is too long to cover here, but let’s just say serious overlanders and off-roaders will not be disappointed. The vehicle features a high-performance Evictus Prerunner suspension, Torque Enduro wheels paired with BF Goodrich all-terrain tires, a GP Factor grill guard with a built-in 12.5k lbs. winch, and an integrated air compressor for adjusting tire pressure on the fly. All of that is on top of the Grenadier’s already impressive specs, which include a 3.0L BMW engine and an eight-speed ZF transmission, an always-on four-wheel drive system, sold beam axles, a center differential lock, and a Tremor two-speed transfer case that provides precision low-range control when wandering over rough terrain.
Inside, the Grand Bohemian is surprisingly refined and comfortable. The rig comfortably sleeps two to three people and includes a custom leather bench seat, SeaDek flooring, and integrated dimmable LED lights that effortlessly switch between white or red hues. The galley kitchen is outfitted with an induction cooktop, a 12V portable refrigerator, hardwood butcher block countertops, and a sink that connects directly to the 10.5-gallon freshwater tank. A pop-up rooftop tent serves as the main sleeping area, while a guest can occupy the lounge space.

Off-grid adventures are powered by a 400W solar system that feeds energy into a 5.4kWh battery pack mated with a 2000W inverter. That’s enough juice to keep most overlanders going for days at a time. Storage comes courtesy of a hidden compartment located under the lounge, along with soft-close locking drawers in the kitchen. The entire vehicle is four-season rated, making it a great option for exploring the wild all year long.
If any of this sounds interesting to you, you’re going to absolutely love the video. It runs about 20 minutes in length, but shows off just about every aspect of the Grand Bohemian you could ask for. That includes a thorough walk-around of all of its features, as well as a nice introduction to the Ineos Grenadier, which serves as the platform that this unique vehicle is built on. Pricing starts at $198,888.
