Jayco’s lineup of fifth-wheel trailers have always been known for their excellent build quality, diverse floor plans, and affordable pricing, giving consumers a broad range of options to choose from. But the brand’s Pinnacle line of towables represents the ultimate in luxury and comfort, offering features and amenities that go beyond those found in most RVs. Nowhere is that more evident than with the Jayco Pinnacle 38FBRK, a rig that is so well designed and equipped that it has become the best-selling rear-kitchen model the industry has to offer.

Measuring 43’ 10” in length, the Pinnacle 38FBRK comfortably sleeps four and offers plenty of interior space to spread out. That starts with the primary bedroom suite at the front, which comes with a king bed, a smart TV, and ample storage, including a spacious walk-in closet. The space also includes a private bathroom, complete with a porcelain toilet and a residential-style shower. Naturally, washer/dryer prep comes standard.
As noted, the kitchen is located in the rear and comes equipped with a full suite of GE appliances. Those include a large convection microwave/air fryer, a 21 cubic-foot refrigerator, and a 24” range. Solid surface countertops, a versatile residential-style sink, a slide-out pantry, and a pull-out cutting board are just a few of the other amenities. For instance, the custom-built hardwood cabinets and dovetail-jointed drawers are crafted in-house, ensuring added durability for many years to come.

The Pinnacle 38FBRK’s living room area is no less impressive. It includes a massive L-shaped tri-fold sofa with built-in recliners that sits opposite a 65” smart TV mounted above a fireplace. A roll-top dinette table with four free-standing chairs is the perfect gathering place for meals, games, or other activities, while a dedicated coffee bar/desk adds additional versatility to the space. The fifth-wheel’s half-bath, with toilet, sink, and linen closet, is easily accessible nearby.
As if all of those individual spaces weren’t impressive enough, the Jayco Pinnacle fifth-wheel is filled with numerous other nice touches that elevate it to another level. For instance, the rig is built without any in-floor heating ducts—including in the bedroom and bathrooms—making it far easier to keep clean. It also ships with the NuvoH2O whole-house water filtration system, which provides cleaner and better-tasting water no matter where you roam. A 40k BTU furnace and dual 15k BTU air conditioners (a third A/C unit is optional) keep the interior comfortable in a broad range of temperatures. Meanwhile, a fully enclosed and heated underbelly, paired with outstanding insulation, makes year-round camping a true option. The trailer even comes with Jayco’s Overlander II solar package, which includes two 200W solar panels, a 30A solar controller, and an 1,800W pure sine wave inverter.

We could go on and on about the Pinnacle’s other standout features, like its JBL sound system, JAYCOMMAND multiplexing technology, and residential-style vinyl flooring, all of which further add to its performance and value. But honestly, we’re only scratching the surface of everything that this RV brings to the table. And with a starting price of just $133,418 for the 38FBRK floor plan, Jayco has delivered a luxury fifth-wheel experience in a package that is more appealing and approachable than ever. That alone allows it to further standout from the crowd and sets it on a pinnacle all its own.
