The shade system utilizes magnets strategically incorporated into the fabric’s perimeter which correspond to magnets placed on the glass via peel and stick adhesive. By inserting the included telescoping rod into the upper layer of fabric on the Magne Shade, you can raise the shade up to your windshield and install it from the ground without the use of a ladder. This allows RV owners to effortlessly install the shade in just seconds, even if they’re covering a large Class A and C windshield.
Once installed, the Magne Shade prevents more than 90% of the sun’s ultraviolet light from reaching the interior of the RV. In addition to blocking UV, Magne Shade deters most the solar energy from coming into the coach. This helps keep the interior significantly cooler, taking much of the load off the vehicle’s air conditioner.
