New Luxury Ranch Opens in New Mexico

Canyon Madness Ranch, a luxury ranch located in Roy, New Mexico, opened April 1. The ranch is set on a 14,000-acre property that encompass Encierro Canyon. It bills itself as an intimate property, hosting just 16 guests at a time.

The eight-suite luxury ranch mixes architectural design and well-appointed accommodations with state-of-the-art sport-shooting facilities, equestrian experiences and training, outdoor pursuits, and creative dining.

Guests can partake in a variety of activities including equestrian pursuits, firearm-related sports, sport climbing, archery, hiking, river kayaking, and more.

Key features of the Ranch include a stunning main lodge, expansive views, a full sport shooting center, equestrian center, and guides for a wide variety of adventurous outdoor pursuits. Children of all ages are welcome for exclusive bookings. For non-exclusive stays, children 12 years of age and older are welcome.

Upon booking, the Ranch will assist guests with arranging ground transport to the property (at guests’ own expense). There is a range of possibilities for traveling to the Ranch from different ground transport (renting cars) to helicopters to private planes landing on the property’s own landing strip (the Ranch expects to complete the landing in late 2021). The Ranch is a two-hour drive from Santa Fe, and a five-hour drive from Denver.

The Ranch is currently offering a grand opening all-inclusive offer price of $500 per person, per night. The offer includes lodging, activities/excursions, as well as food and drink. This special offer is valid for any length of stay throughout the 2021. The Ranch normally prices bookings for three to five nights at $700 per night. Canyon Madness Ranch is currently accepting reservations.
