The laminated, insulated floor features 1.5" steel tube and block foam insulation. Half-inch wood decking finishes the floor on top, and a layer of galvanized steel protects the underside of the floor. A large windshield and side windows provide maximum driving visibility. Standard full body paint provides a beautiful finish to the Masterfab gel coat walls.Vacuum bonding creates a solid wall, and aluminum headers up to 5.75" frame slide out opening for added rigidity. The LP tank’s location behind the rear axle frees up more storage area between axles. Welded aluminum rafters are the cornerstones of the vacuum bonded roof. A one-piece thermo plastic olifin (TPO) roof cover offers tremendous protection. Standard dual-pane tinted windows reduce heat and cooling loss and protect fabrics against UV damage. Diamond Shield paint protection is a clear urethane film that protects the front cap against damage caused by rocks and bugs.Diamond Shield is also applied around wheel wells and on grab handles and the kick plate below the entry door.
